All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds because our flowers are natural, perishable products, and our arrangements are made to order or customized to each customer’s preferences.

Flowers may naturally vary in color, size, and bloom stage. These variations make each arrangement unique.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or experience a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible at 346-855-3221 with your order number and photos so we can review your concern and provide an appropriate solution.
