By placing an order with Sweet Blooms Flower Shop LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment
Full payment is required before an order is confirmed and prepared. Please verify all order details, including the recipient’s information, delivery address, requested date, and personalized messages.

Floral Arrangements & Substitutions
Flowers are natural products and may vary in color, size, and bloom stage. Product photos represent the overall style of an arrangement; exact duplication is not guaranteed. If certain flowers, containers, or materials are unavailable, we may substitute items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

Custom Orders
Personalized arrangements are created according to the details confirmed when ordering. Changes are subject to availability and preparation status and may involve additional charges.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are perishable or made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Delivery
Delivery is subject to availability and our service area. Requested delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Incorrect addresses, restricted access, or an unavailable recipient may cause delays and require an additional delivery fee.

Pickup
Please collect your order on the confirmed date and during business hours. We cannot guarantee the freshness of arrangements left beyond the scheduled pickup date.

Flower Care
Flowers require proper care. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and heat sources, and maintain adequate water levels. Their lifespan varies depending on the flower variety, environment, and care provided.

Prices & Availability
Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
